It is important to touch base, via email or phone contact to discuss your individual training needs with Kate prior to booking in.

Personal Training is available on a time that will suit both your schedule and mine. After contact has been made, an initial assessment will then be booked. In this initial assessment and consultation, an individualised training program will be discussed in accordance with your current rehabilitation/fitness/lifestyle needs based upon the objective measures taken at this appointment.

A 4-6 week plan will then be devised in order to best achieve your specific rehabilitation, health and fitness goals as agreed by both Kate and yourself. It maybe learning to run, weight loss, building muscle strength, increasing cardiovascular fitness, increasing bone density, improving anxiety or depression or a combination of any of these. Your goals will be directly related to you and want you want to achieve! A re-assessment will then be scheduled to take further objective measures, review achievements and discuss the need for further personal training, referral to group training or a home exercise program.

 

Personal Training – Exercise Physiology Sessions maybe eligible for Medicare or health fund rebates.
