Our bodies are designed to move in all different ways and be challenged. Without physical and mental challenge, rest assured, there will be NO change.

Life is about balance.

‘My life philosophy is to eat well – feed our bodies the right fuel, be active – exercise regularly, laugh (& cry) and get adequate sleep (at least 8 hours every night). Accept we are only human though, and hence not perfect all of the time.

I have been training with Kate now for nearly 5 years. She provides a workout that truly works your whole body and challenges you to extend yourself. Kate Wood is an accredited and degree qualified Exercise Physiologist. She has worked in a varied number of roles since graduating in 1999. From Rehabilitation at a private hospital, Treatment Advisory work through to providing exercise prescription to private clients keen to make changes in their lives.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Kate’s aim is to ensure you leave her sessions feeling stronger, more focused, more energetic and more efficient in your daily life.

Realistic and Holistic

Motivating, educating and facilitating exercise sessions are some of Kate’s passions. She loves to work with groups of people, young and older, to improve their fitness and lifestyle.

Kate accepts that we are only human and not perfect all of the time, so she employs 90% health focus and discipline and 10% leniency to life’s pleasures!
